AN AI WORKSHOP · 90 MINUTES · FOR TECHNOLOGY TEAMS
Unstuck
Our playbook for turning AI into faster delivery, worked through on your team’s real problem.
Book a session01 · THE PROBLEM
More AI, same delivery.
Most teams we talk to have rolled out coding assistants, and a few engineers have built their own workflows. The team still isn’t shipping any faster.

More features, not just more code
WHAT WE’RE HEARING
More code, same features.
AI makes code cheap to write, so teams write more of it. Review, testing and integration haven’t sped up to match, so features still ship at the old pace.
- “We have seen the amount of code increase, but we haven’t seen the amount of features go up with it.”
- “Our pull requests have doubled in size, and review is now the bottleneck.”
- “Everyone’s quicker on their own tickets, but our releases haven’t moved.”
Spend is up, returns aren’t clear.
Licences, usage and time spent experimenting add up, but nobody can point to what the team now delivers differently. Without a way to measure it, it’s hard to justify and harder to fix.
- “We are spending lots on our development cycle and we are just not seeing the returns.”
- “We’re paying for the licences, but I couldn’t tell the board what we got for it.”
- “Nobody’s measuring it, so every renewal is a gut call.”
Experiments that don’t stick.
Individuals keep trying new tools and prompts, but what works for one engineer rarely becomes how the team works. Each new experiment starts from scratch.
- “We just keep trying and don’t seem to be making headway.”
- “Every engineer has their own setup, and none of it is shared.”
- “We run a pilot, it looks promising, and then it quietly fizzles out.”
02 · THE APPROACH
Our playbook, engineer to engineer.
We show you the workflows, the guardrails on AI-written code and the delivery measures our own teams run on, then help you work out how to set them up in yours.
WHO IT'S FOR
People on the tools.
Engineering managers, team leads and heads of engineering. The people responsible for how their team builds software, and who are being asked what AI is doing for it.
WHO'S RUNNING IT
Kablamo, hands on.
The session is run by Kablamo engineers and delivery leads who work this way every day, on our own projects and inside enterprise client teams. You'll be talking to the people doing the work.
03 · THE SESSION
Bring one real problem. Leave with a plan to fix it.
We can shape the agenda around your team. Tell us what you’re stuck on when you get in touch.
