HIRING PROCESS

Join the Kablamo revolution

Our four-stage recruitment approach is a direct reflection of the careful consideration that goes into finding the perfect fit for a job at Kablamo. We hire for capability and character in equal measure.

1. Upon applying for a role with us, shortlisted candidates will receive a 30–45 min take-home assignment on a real-world task. We design these to be representative of actual work, not trick questions.

2. If successful, a one-hour technical interview will follow, allowing us to delve deeper into each candidate's technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. This may include coding or design challenges relevant to the role.

3. The next stage of the hiring process is a one-hour cultural interview to discuss values, work ethic, and career goals. We want to understand what drives you and how you collaborate.

4. The last stage is a standard pre-offer and reference check.
